Before you book
Does my insurance cover it?
We issue a full invoice with the clinician's licence number, valid for reimbursement with most health insurers and mutuals. You submit it; we give you all the paperwork.
What if it's a serious emergency?
Call 112. We don't replace emergency services: chest pain, severe breathing difficulty or loss of consciousness need an ambulance, not a visit.
Who comes into my home?
A licensed doctor or nurse, identified. You see their name, photo and licence number in the app before you open the door.
How and when do I pay?
When the visit ends, by card in the app. The price is the one you saw when booking: no night or weekend surcharges.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 2 hours before your slot. With less notice we charge €15 for the trip already underway.
